I. Structural cracks:

1. The uneven settlement is mainly caused by the uncompacted foundation or uneven stress;

2, usually occurs between adjacent flat blocks, wall edge, column foot, etc.After stress, the crack has obvious concave-convex feeling.The opening is wide, the upper is wide and the lower is narrow, running through the whole flat block.

3. Pre-control measures: according to the design requirements and construction specifications, the foundation shall be backfilled in layers and compacted by rolling (compactness greater than 0.93);The transmission rod is added between the adjacent flat;The column foot is separated from the floor.

Two, expansion crack:

1, the most common crack problem is caused by concrete expansion or reinforcement mismatch, expansion joint setting is unreasonable, after cutting joint did not reach the design depth.

2. Regular cracks appear at 1/2 or 1/3 of the flat block;

3, pre-control measures: through reasonable configuration of steel reinforcement, adding nylon fiber in concrete, reasonable design of cutting joints, cutting depth in place, strict control of concrete slump and water-cement ratio to solve.It is generally recommended to join steel fiber, nylon fiber or binding steel bar or steel wire mesh in concrete.
