Z-LION Diamond lamella Electroplated Diamond Flap Wheels can be used like a Montolit Fleximont flap disc to bevel, bullnose and shape tiles and other stone and construction materials such as granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, etc. Easy to use on any angle grinder. Comes with flexible diamond flaps in pound sign pattern and plastic backing, different color for different grit for quick identification.
Features of Z-LION Electroplated Diamond Flap Wheels are as follows:
• Can be used as substitute of cup wheels, but are easier to use and more forgiving than heavy cup wheels.
• User friendly, even grinding greatly reduces hand and arm vibrations of operator giving soft and smooth feel.
• Overlapped diamond flaps resharpen the flap discs continuously to give fast cut and long lifespan.
• Special structure design of flap discs dissipates heat quickly prevent it from getting overheated and loosing flaps.
• Semirigid flaps make the flap discs more aggressive so as to have higher stock removal rate.
• Semirigid flaps make the flap discs more wear resistant so as to have longer lifespan.
