Z-LION PCD-20 Poly Crystalline Diamond (PCD) concrete floor grinding tool is designed to be used on Lavina floor grinding machines for aggressive removal of stock and coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, resin, etc. from a concrete floor. The tool comes with two 1/4 quarter round PCD and a diamond sacrificial bar. Clockwise and counterclockwise direction are both available.

Z-LION PCD-20 Concrete Floor Grinding Tool is designed to be used on Lavina floor grinding machines for removing all kinds of coatings from a concrete floor. The special features of this tool are as follows:

PCDs are manufactured in a sophisticated, high pressure and high temperature technology. They have superior hardness, high fracture strength and uniformed properties, more stronger than carbide with remarkable wear resistance.

Specifically designed with an aggressive diamond segment(sacrificial bar) that works as a stabilizer and depth guide to ensure smooth grinding without gouging the concrete floor and leaving coarse profiles on it. The sacrificial bar also gives a conventional grinding process on the concrete surface.

PCD tools with sacrificial segment are more aggressive and works much faster than general metal bond diamond grinding tools, but are less aggressive than PCD tools that without sacrificial segment. Sacrificial segment can be in the shape of rectangle(bar), round(button), rhombus, arrow etc.
